Care instructions

I use good quality stoneware clay and I fire my ceramics at high temperature to make sure they are as strong as possible. However handmade ceramic pieces are fragile by nature so please handle them with care.
High fired ceramics are microwave and dishwasher safe but I recommend hand washing them with warm water and soap to maintain them in their best condition. 

It is also suggested that ceramic everyday objects (plates, bowls and cups) are not to be left with substances such as vinegar and lemon for long periods of time because this may lead to color alterations. Dishes should not be soaked for long periods.

Avoid sudden temperature changes as it is likely to cause thermal shock to the pieces.

All tableware are safe for serving food. However, they are not designed for preparing or storing food and should not be used in the oven, refrigerator or freezer.

Finally to keep your pieces beautiful, minimize contact with staining foods or liquids on unglazed surfaces.

Custom and personalized orders

I will be happy to make something only for you, so do not hesitate to contact me regarding custom orders. I will calculate price and time needed for production (it may take a bit longer than standard order).

Shipping information

Once an order has been placed, I usually ship items within 1-3 business days, using ΕΛΤΑ (Hellenic Post). You will receive an email notification with the tracking number of your parcel once the order has been shipped.

If you want to order a piece that is sold out you can contact me and I will make it for you. I will have it ready within 2-4 weeks.

Shipping time

Greece: 1-4 days

Europe: 6-12 days

US: 10-15 days

Rest of the world: 10-20 days

These shipping times might vary due to conditions outside my control. 

Shipping costs

The exact shipping costs will be clear after you have chosen the selected products and filled in your personal details and shipping destination. Below you can see a few examples of approximate shipping costs for the first 5kg based on weight, for Domestic, EU and Worldwide. The final price at check out might vary from the samples on this list, depending on shipping country and exact weight.

What are your return policies?

If for any reason you want to return an item please contact me first and I will be happy to refund the price of the item upon receiving it in good condition. I do not, however, refund the shipping costs. Returns are accepted within 14 from delivery.

Buyer is responsible for the return shipment cost and customs if applied. Due to Greek law regulations every package, envelope or box sent from a country outside the European Union is eligible to go through customs control and be charged an extra fee in order to be received.

Please send the item back in its original packaging and with the original labels on the box as a return.

Once I have received the item from you in the condition it was when I sent it to you, unused and undamaged, you will receive a refund in less than 3 business days.

How do I return a product?

If your returned item gets lost in transit, I will not be responsible, so please consider insuring and/or purchasing a tracking number when returning your package.
If you have to return an order, it must arrive in perfect condition, unused and undamaged, so make sure to safely package the item similar to the way you received it. Use registered mail with a tracking number for a safer delivery.

What happens if I receive my order damaged?

If you find your order damaged upon delivery I will happily replace it with a new one. Please contact me within 24 hours from delivery and send a photo of the broken item.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, duty fees, VATs and/or import taxes that may apply in their country to receive their order. Every country has different rules and thresholds for import. If you have concerns about this you must consult the regulations in your country prior to your purchase. Such fees are never included in the purchase price, and are entirely the responsibility of the buyer. I will not reimburse for the payment of any customs fees, duties, VATs, and/or import taxes. Shipments within the EU are not subject to custom fees. As far as I know buyers in the US very rarely have to pay custom fees as the threshold for imports is quite high (around 800$).

Unclaimed/Refused packages

If a package is unclaimed or refused by the buyer and returns to me, I will refund the order minus the original shipping costs and any customs fees that I have to pay to get the package back.
When I see that a package is at your post office awaiting for pick-up or redelivery, I usually notify you through Etsy messages and email, so please keep checking those to make sure that you will not miss a notice.
