Refund policy
If for any reason you want to return an item please contact me first and I will be happy to refund the price of the item upon receiving it in good condition. I do not, however, refund the shipping costs.
Buyer is responsible for the return shipment cost and customs if applied. Due to Greek law regulations every package, envelope or box sent from a country outside the European Union is eligible to go through customs control and be charged an extra fee in order to be received.
Once I have received the item from you in the condition it was when I sent it to you, unused and undamaged, you will receive a refund. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unclaimed/Refused packages
If a package is unclaimed or refused by the buyer and returns to me, I will refund the order minus the original shipping costs and any customs fees that I have to pay to get the package back.
When I see that a package is at your post office awaiting for pick-up or redelivery, I usually notify you through email, so please keep checking those to make sure that you will not miss a notice.
